RFC: new OnlyShowIn/NotShowIn values: MATE and RAZOR

Hi,

MATE and Razor-qt people have requested two new registered values for
OnlyShowIn/NotShowIn: MATE [1] and RAZOR [2].

I don't see any reason to reject that. Any objection from people on the
xdg list?
