what is missing that Example does not show on menu ...

Hi,

I am playing with examples from
http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/latest/ in CentOS 6. I
copied shinythings-webmirror.desktop and shinythings-webmirror.menu to
/usr/share/applications, the shinythings-webmirror.directory to
/usr/share/desktop-directories and shinythings-webmirror.menu to
/etc/xdg/menus/applications-merged. But it did not show on desktop
menu, what am I missing here?
