[Xesam] oscaf/xesam ontology merge: who is going to maintain/edit what?

Sounds sane - who owns semanticdesktop.org? Whois says Stefan Decker
of deri.org...

Is it a hosting solution where we can create shell accounts for the
involved maintainers?
