This release just contains some code cleanups that decrease the library
size by a few KB.

Tilman Sauerbeck (8):
Sanitized hex string conversion in SmsGenerateClientID().
Fixed some const vs non-const mix ups.
Don't reinvent the wheel and just use strdup().
      Removed some global writable variables.
      Added object files to .gitignore.
Revert "Don't reinvent the wheel and just use strdup()."
Another tiny char* vs const char* fix.
      Bumped version to 1.0.3.
