[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-synaptics 1.0.99.4

1.0.99.3 crashes on 64 bit machines. This is caused by different struct sizes
in the server and the driver, due to a missing #define. Fixed now, please
test.

Peter Hutterer (2):
include xorg-server.h from all driver source files.
      Bump to 1.0.99.4
