Current mibstore.c code doesn't follow current GC wrapping policy as described
in bug 1045.  Notably, PROLOGUE/EPILOGUE don't need to wrap funcs and
CHEAP_FUNC_EPILOGUE and FUNC_EPILOGUE need to pull the values back out of the GC.

This means, for example, that if cw were to be below mibstore in the wrapping
chain, mibstore.c would break the chaining for funcs.
