Diff for xc/programs/xkbcomp/rules/xorg*

This is the patch for:

xc/programs/xkbcomp/rules/{xorg,xorg.lst,xorg.xml}

Please add the keymap and apply this patch ASAP. The Sinhala keymap has 
already been added to X keyboard Configuration Database:
