The changes introduced in revision 1.27, which add a couple of nice effects and
fix the window-is-invisible-when-remapped-after-a-fade problem, restrucuture the
code such that this usleep hack doesn't work anymore. The XSelectInput() call is
moved to map_win from add_win so everything's changed.
