    pixman-arma64: Adjustments to build with llvm integrated assembler
    
    This enables building the aarch64 assembly with clang.
    Changes:
    1. Use `.func` or `.endfunc` only if available
    2. Prefix macro arg names with `\`
    3. Use `\()` instead of `&`
    4. Always use commas to separate macro arguments
    5. Prefix asm symbols with an undderscore if necessary
