Improvements to Intel DDX for implementation of DRI2 OML_sync_control extensions.

Oh sorry, that tree is out of date since I pushed everything to
master.  The tree to generate fixes against is
git://git.freedesktop.org/git/xorg/driver/xf86-video-intel.
