[Xorg] KDrive->bufio.h

I am unable to build kdrive due to a missing bufio.h, which doesn't appear to 
exist on my system. I am unable to locate file anywhere on my system and gcc 
certainly isn't able to:

bufio.c:39:19: bufio.h: No such file or directory
