[Xorg] Release candidate 2 tagged

The X.Org CVS tree has been tagged for the second release candidate
since several major blocker bugs were fixed today.  If you are building
test packages, please build them against the XORG-6_7_99_902 tag and
reply here with the location of your packages.

For this release, we have set up a release status test matrix, which can
be found here:

On that page are instructions for running the build, install, run and
conformance tests.  Your help testing and filling in this test matrix is
greatly appreciated!
