[Xorg] X.org CVS branches need to change

The IPv6-REVIEW branch was created to give a place to review the changes
proposed for the IPv6 standards public review.  I hope the changes there
are safe enough to integrate into the initial X.org release, but since they're
technically a new feature, I haven't done so yet.  Unfortunately, besides my
normal Wednesday conflict with the release-wranglers call, I'm also not going
to make Friday's call, so please feel free to discuss without me and let me
know what's decided.
