Is the comp.windows.x.announce moderator still alive?

Considering that the press release on X11R6.8 failed to show up on the
USENET group comp.windows.x.announce, and that the last postings there
got through in May 2000, I wonder who is now in charge of handling the
moderator address xannounce-moderator at x.org?

This used to be "A. Rich" according to

Could whoever is in charge now of the @x.org aliases please check out,
whether that one is still up to date?
