Composite and Damage bugs

I just filed five bugs against Composite and Damage. Here is a
summary:

(1) - window with XcompositeRedirectSubwindows() called on it does
      not get its background painted.

(2) - After CompositeUnredirectWindow, "covered" windows get expose
      events and have their background painted.

(3) - raising window over non-redirected window causes background to
      be painted and expose events sent.

(4) - moving window (without resizing) generates damage events on it

(5) - moving redirected window around below unredirected windows
      causes drawing to happen in the wrong place.

All of the bugs have self-contained testcases, if anyone is looking
for something exciting to fix.
