If we do do a 6.8.3 release lets keep it short and sweet.  I know
there were extenuating circumstances, but 6.8.2 drained way too many
resources and turned into much more than a bug-fix release.  That said
it looks like a solid release.  Bravo to Roland and everyone else
involved.
