RageTheatre 200 support in xorg

Hi xorg developers, I have a patch against head of
x.org cvs that adds the support for RageTheatre200
video decoder chip existing on the new ATI boards.
This is basicaly a port of the code I'm working on
since mid last year on the GATOS project which was
initially based on xfree86 4.4.0. So I would like to
know the way of getting write access to cvs or on the
part I'm interested in.
