submit a new keymap

Hello,

French Xorg users on GNU/Linux ppc have to use a so called « fr_new »
keymap in order to be able to type extra characters like |, ~, [, and so
on on ibook G4 and powerbook G4 ( currently known ).

A description page is available at

containing the new keymaps (for console and X server) are available at
ftp://ftp.linux-france.org/pub/macintosh/kbd-mac-fr-4.0.tar.gz .

The real question of this post is just : How to submit a new keymap.

I'd like to see it integrated in hoary ... :) (The fact is that many
user turn back to OS X because they aren't able to user correctly their
keyboard under X).
