[BUG] moduler X cirrus does not appear to work

Hi all,

The modular cirrus driver package only installs one driver, cirrus_drv. 
However it tries to load a submodule cirrus_alpine and cirrus_laguna.

The attached patch fixes the Makefile.am to build them correctly.

Tested under Qemu (which emulates a cirrus_alpine ...).
