Everyone who makes this work ends up with a headache: I had a similar
reaction when making rotation of input devices work properly.  Too many
coordinate systems...

BTW, has anyone generated a patch for XAA for this?  There is an example
in the kdrive framework that rotates the input device coordinates
appropriately that can be cribbed from....
