Sorry for the tone... I was quite annoyed after trying to fix debian's
entirely broken kaffeine for hours, having trouble with CVS update,
looking for a nasty bug in the sis driver, ... and then that.

For now, I can just say that also Window refreshing (ie windows that
were partly covered) is done in 1x1 copy operations. Unfortunately, I am
off for Barcelona over the weekend, so if my investigations really are
needed, I can help next week.

But it should be easily reproducable with any card with at least
copy/fill EXA hooks. Just disable the composite hooks in the radeon
driver and it will do the same thing.
