Ignore busid 01:00:1.  it's merely a flag to make dualhead work with
windows 2000.  the real device lives at 01:00:0.  If you have a
dualhead card and want to use both heads, specify the 1:0:0 busid for
both devices and use the screen 0/1 flags.
