Granted. It's not a complete solution until we can composite GL apps
as well as we can composite other X11 apps. The LG project is extremely
interested in such a solution. But it is not our most urgent priority
and, in my mind, it will take a while to bring about. But we urgently
need a clean way to allow composite managers to use GL for their
rendering.
