I've brought the XACE changes up to date with the current state of the
modular tree and they are building again.    This is available in the
XACE-modular branch of the xserver git tree.   (So far I've just made
sure it builds and haven't done any testing.)

The current Xtsol uses it's own set of hooks similar to XACE, so while
they can be mostly replaced with XACE, some additional hooks will have
to be added to XACE before Xtsol can be ported to use XACE.

I'm hoping to start on that in July, though I'm on vacation all next week
then going to DDC, so probably won't get to that until after DDC.
