[PATCH] new radeon memory map fixes (#3)

I'm trying to get multiple screens working on a horrible Dell Optiplex
GX280, built in i915g with VGA and DVI connectors (but both attached to
the same display pipe, so I can only get a "cloned" display).

So I bung in a Radeon 9200 PCI card.

With the original Xorg 6.9 (from Debian unstable) the Radeon hangs the
system 9 times out of 10 (roughlt). When it works it works great,
mergedfb mode, two 1280x1024 CRT's looking like one big 2560x1024, lovely.

So I tried an old version of BenH's Radeon Memory map patch - card now
reliably starts, but MergedFB mode is no good - I get cloned display,
with a big empty space off to the right where windows dissapear from the
visible screen.

I've updated to Xorg 7 from Debian experimental, with a more up to date
version of the patch:

http://gate.crashing.org/~benh/radeon-memmap-7.0-3.diff

but I get the same problem - X now reliably starts, but mergedFB mode is
dead as a dodo.
