What does this mean?

  "WaitForSomething(): select: errno=672964768

I am getting that many times.

I am using latest CVS of Xorg with via on DragonFly.

DragonFly works on monolithic, but now I am working on it for modular X.

The X screen comes up with my pointer and the standard X grey background.

But no clients are started.

I ktraced everything from startx, but the .xinitrc and my
/home/reed/xorg/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc are stat'd but never read. Any ideas
about that? I can provide kdump output if needed.

I can't start an X client from same tty that started X or others. And the
WaitForSomething continues. I can provide kdump output of this too.
