Where did you get the latest pixman?  I'm trying to get the xserver in 
git to compile and was told to use the following pixman:

http://xorg.freedesktop.org/archive/individual/lib/pixman-0.9.4.tar.bz2

This version only gives me pixman-1 libraries, and xserver fails looking 
for -lpixman?
