No idea, you should probably ask on the mesa3d-dev list. But that
shouldn't be the problem here, as the values duplicated in Mesa's
glcore.h have matched glproto's glxtokens.h since 1.4.7 (when they were
first introduced there) and before Mesa 6.5.1.
