Hi everyone!

I have recently updated my patch to improve the mouse pointer
acceleration in X.org. As always, I invite anyone interested to try it
and give me some feedback on it, especially if you have unusual pointing
devices.

The main point of the patch is you can use different pointing devices
and adjust them individually, which is important for laptop users. Also
the pointer acceleration becomes much more predictable, which results in
increased usability.

It is also suitable to tame high-precision mice, which seems to be a
growing need given the fact a patch for this single problem has been
developed independently.

I'm now quite content with the patch and have tested it using two
simultaneous devices with vastly different precision (crappy mouse vs.
synaptics touchpad with native resolution). In about half a year,
stability was never an issue.

The patch and documentation is in Bugzilla #8583:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8583

@Daniel: Since you took the bug, can I assume you are going to apply
along hotplug (if approriate)?
