Driver for Intel GMA X3100, how to install?

 I just got an Asus pundit p5g33, which is a thin barebone with the Intel
g33 chipset, which includes embedded Intel X3100 graphics. My screen is a
Samsung Syncmaster 223BW, widescreen lcd with 1680x1050 resolution.  I have
tried opensuse 10.3, ubuntu and mandriva 2008, but none of these (seem to)
include the right driver for my setup. 

On http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_GMA#GMA_X3100 I found info that I need
the xf86-video-intel 2.1.0 driver. Can anyone please point me to
instructions how to install this driver?
