xserver compile failed

Hi, Dodji,

When compile xserver tip, it failed with below error in the configure
step:

checking for XORGCONFIG_DEP... yes
configure: error: conditional "XEPHYR_HAS_DRI" was never defined.
Usually this means the macro was only invoked conditionally.

This is introduced by commit 26e1fc7b42de850d69fba89703ffddd36480b997.
