PCI Config on Intel 855 chip after resume

Afaik, the second PCI function shouldn't matter for save/restore, but 
maybe 855 is different somehow?  The 855 chipset docs (which should be 
public) might shed some light on the issue, I don't have them handy at 
the moment...
