Use EXA.  Except if you're using xserver master, where there are major regressions.

If you've got TTM enabled, there are major performance regressions in 3D
right now.  airlied has some work to improve that, and I've got some
plans there as well, at the end of which we should be doing better than
ever, hopesfully.  Disable TTM for now to get back to previous
performance levels.
