Synaptics and AlwaysCore vs SendCoreEvents

I am facing this problem , to me seems a problem with Synaptics
because:  
comment InputDevice "Synaptics" "CorePointer", alwayscore back to work. 

#   InputDevice    "Mouse0" "CorePointer"
#   InputDevice    "Synaptics" "CorePointer"
    InputDevice    "Mouse0" "AlwaysCore"
