XKB Issue

Hi,

I've noticed an issue with xkbcomp / xkeyboard-rules over the past few
days. I initially had a problem with
VT switching. After doing so more research, I've tracked down the
problem to xkeyboard-config / xkbcomp. I have
the most recent version of each package installed to date but xkbcomp
continues to bail out when compiling the new
rules 'base' with this:

syntax error: line 19 of base
Errors encountered in base; not compiled.

Your help would be much appreciated =)
