xrandr --nemode parameters

Does anyone know where to get or how to calculate the values needed to define a new mode with xrandr??




--newmode <name> <clock MHz>
            <hdisp> <hsync-start> <hsync-end> <htotal>
            <vdisp> <vsync-start> <vsync-end> <vtotal>
            [+HSync] [-HSync] [+VSync] [-VSync]
