Problems with intel driver on HDTV

I'm banging my head on a wall trying to figure out how to get the intel
driver to display properly on my Sony HDTV.

I have three different config files I've been using for testing and I
get the same results using intel-2.2.0 and intel-2.2.1:

Config: http://zeqadious.homelinux.net/junkbin/Xorg.Intel/xorg.1280x720.conf
Log: http://zeqadious.homelinux.net/junkbin/Xorg.Intel/xorg.1280x720.log
Problem: Finds 720p (1280x720_60) and tries to use it, but the display
stays black

Config: http://zeqadious.homelinux.net/junkbin/Xorg.Intel/xorg.1360x768.conf
Log: http://zeqadious.homelinux.net/junkbin/Xorg.Intel/xorg.1360x768.log
Problem: Finds 1360x768 (this is the ideal resolution), but the display
stays black

Config: http://zeqadious.homelinux.net/junkbin/Xorg.Intel/xorg.720x480.conf
Log: http://zeqadious.homelinux.net/junkbin/Xorg.Intel/xorg.720x480.log
Problem: Finds broken 1920x540 (which it doesn't keep) and 720x480
(which is ridiculously unusable). 720x480 actually works however, as
does 640x480 when using this config

Any thoughts or suggestions on what to try next?

Thanks for looking,
Zeq
