cgit & repo URLs

Cgit has been able to display clone URLs for some time now. I submitted 
a patch for a it a while back, but the author got back in touch fairly 
quickly and said he had another way to do it and indeed rolled it out 
not long after! So it should just be a matter of enabling it :) (and 
possibly updating to the latest cgit!)
