Xserver doesn't support XvPutImage to Pixmap?

Drivers are welcome to limit what applications can do with Xv, but the
core X server shouldn't prohibit legal operations like this (which can
work with some Xv backends, just not overlays).

Of course, older Xv implementations couldn't support pixmaps.
