This videocard seems to be an Nvidia Quadro FX 3700 which isn't supported 
by the nvidia-8776 driver you're using. Looks like support for this card 
has been introduced with the 169.x nvidia driver so you should install a 
much more recent driver than 8776. I'd give 256.35 a try.
