[Clipart] XML::LibRSVG

On the topic of Perl modules for renderers, I did a quick search and ran
across this XML::LibRSVG:

It's only version 0.01 but perhaps worth a look-see?

Also, mental from inkscape says that Batik also has a cmdline svg-to-png
conversion capability, although it has a heavy startup cost due to JVM,
so would be best to daemonize or something.
