[Clipart] SVG::Metadata -- keywords, and issues upgrading to 0.10

I'll take a look at this this weekend.  Sorry I've been virtually absent
lately; been a bit overbooked.  But I'm hoping to squeeze in some time
for an OCAL release this weekend, if I can get the keyword support done.
