[Clipart] upload problems

i had a look at this image trying to determine if it should be accepted 
or not (appears traced, so we don't have any info about the license of 
the original) http://openclipart.org/incoming/mermaid_kurt_cagle_02.svg

the file is damaged - i can't say if the original was bad or metadata 
addition erased something at the end, but certainly some tags are not 
closed. i tend to believe the original was OK, because another version 
of the same image 
(http://openclipart.org/incoming/mermaid_kurt_cagle_01.svg) does not 
have the same problem.

also, various other submissions (probably by the same author) have "hash 
0x..." values in the name (instead of author name?), with the most weird 
one being 
http://openclipart.org/incoming/http://openclipart.org/incoming/hash_0x89c5d20__hash_0x8_01.svg
