[Clipart] tools: why use SVG::Metadata for transforming xml?

Ummm .. ok.

If you notice my question, I was referring to using SVG::Metadata to
transform xml, not the general use of SVG::Metadata.

I think it would be prudent to use standards, such as xslt, when
they're applicable. This way, as I've said, the work can be reused in
other projects.
