[Clipart] our svgs and Illustrator

I removed all of these from the original file...results...

I could view it OK in Adobe viewer, but it was still messed up to open
in AI.

It's an old Inkscape bug (#1048268) that has been fixed since version
0.40.  There are a few other files in the collection with this problem.
They can be fixed by removing every occurrence of the inkscape:collect
attribute.
