[Clipart] Incoming Clip Art

Hi Ted,

Thanks for your feedback. This came up a few days ago and we're going to
make a gradual transition over to absolute paths on the website. The bug
for it is at: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3611
