[Clipart] Re: Klipart and Open Clip Art Library

I've looked into refactoring the clipart browser for qt, and it shouldn't be 
too hard. I'm not crazy about the idea of splitting the code into two 
permanent branches like that, but that's still preferrable to forcing 
someone else to write one from scratch or discouraging kde users from using 
it. I'll email koffice when I have a prototype working, hopefully in the 
next week or so.
