[Clipart] Inclusion of copyrighted logo in your library

It's been stated as a policy that only materials which can be public
domain will be included.  Items that are trademarked or copyrighted,
such as logos like this one, cannot be included.

I think some of the users are confused about what trademarks mean.  In
addition to removing the logo I think perhaps some stronger language,
like "Do not submit logos, not even logos of open source projects"
should be added.
