[Clipart] cchost updates

Ok, so I also did an update on ccHost so we have nice pretty URLs now
with the nasty query string visible.

Also, I applied all the database updates....anyone can try to do after
SVN up in the cchost dir. by doing:
http://openclipart.org/cchost/?update=1
