[Clipart] [Open Clip Art Library] Upload Flagged

I have unpublished them, otherwise I imagine that they might get lost in the
large amount of uploads that we are getting. That way they still exist, but
they cant be called "clipart"

Is there a way for an admin to just view the unpublished files, to review
them?

Also is there a way to allow ony svg's to be uploaded as clipart?
